If I looked like our main character and my parents looked like his, I'd be doing some 23andMe, just sayin'... At least my biggest issue wouldn't be whether or not they got married before or after finding out about having a baby.
Not the worst teen movie ever, but our "protagonist" is too clueless and selfish for me to want good things for him and I got distracted by so many things going on here. Like:
That girl just sneezed right into her hand. NO!!!!
The guy is vaping. Why would you want to fix up your mom with a guy who vapes? NO!!!
What was she stapling to those trees? Air? Why doesn’t one of them say something about…

This looks like something my university would create as a project.

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I'm sorry, the opener alone is fucking weird. You don't get to show both of your parents, show their intimate life details, and then show a kid who looks nothing like either of them like that's somehow a valid reason for this movie.
No you fucking don't movie. You don't get to try and sneak that in like it's a causal thing. Like this a normal school. I'm as fucking open and cool about being down to earth as the next guy. This movie is bullshit. Within the first two minutes we're shown a horde of interracial couples, an LGTB couple, what can only honestly say are some of the most... er... 'unique' characters that are so cartoonishly thrown in…

Typical odd teen movie. But it's getting better, less stereotypical at the end.
The unknown actors do have potential, esp. Tess Aubert -

A fantastic little film. A must see.
