In one episode, singer Shilpa Rao, who is part of Indian reality show Pro Music League, made a very important statement regarding the Bollywood music industry. Each of us is a singer. It doesn’t matter if you are a man or a woman. It’s high time for us to start treating everyone the same and giving deserved praise, regardless of gender. All the other singers agreed with her assessment and applauded her for expressing such strong feelings.
The Indian Pro Music League is the premier professional music league in the world. Super matches, league matches, etc. are all part of the program, just like in a sports league. It comprises six separate teams representing six different regions of India competing in a musical contest.
