Wiggles star Emma Watkins reveals she is ‘just devastated’ as she shares news of tragic loss
Emma Watkins shared her grief over the loss of her good friend, Koady Chaisson.
It was revealed on Friday that the musician, who was a member of Canadian group The East Pointers, has died aged 37.
The former member of children’s group The Wiggles posted a photo of herself alongside Koady and her classmates on Instagram.

The 32-year-old wrote: “It’s just heartbreaking to hear of the loss of our dear friend Koady Chaisson.
“Koady, you have inspired us all, shared your musical talents and always supported others. We miss you…. Just devastated.
“I send so much love to Chloe, Jake, Tim and all your family. #we love you’.

The East Pointers released their most recent album, Yours to Break, in 2019, and were set to embark on a world tour.

Emma, better known as the Yellow Wiggle, recently hung up her skivvy and bow after 11 years with The Wiggles.
She was in her last performance with the group at Sydney’s Carols in the Domain in December.
